Cheques are also accepted, made payable to Grandview Community Centre Association. You will get a tax receipt from our charitable sponsor - the Grandview Community Centre Association.
Cycling equipment
If you would like to give us shiny new mountain bikes, or parts thereof, don't hesitate! We'll be happy to ensure that they find a loving home among the Trips for Kids fleet.
Silent auction items
Each year we kick off the summer rides program with a fantastic fundraising party called Downbeat. Featuring adventure slide shows, movies, great music and a silent auction, this is our main fundraiser. During the months prior to this event we accept donations of products and services to be sold at the auction. In the past, hordes of lucky guests have found amazing bargains on shoes, sportswear, photographs, ski lessons, island getaways and fine dining.
Office supplies
Any office supplies that might assist in our administration and communication tasks, are greatly appreciated.
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
If you love to work with kids, bikes and non-profit societies, please join us as a volunteer! If you are keen to get involved with Trips for Kids but cannot participate in scheduled rides, please feel free to contact us regarding opportunities to help with fundraising, communications, media relations or bicycle maintenance.
